What this demo site does
This static site does not run accounts, take payments, or send orders to a server. The demonstration cart uses your browser local storage (key: ciderMoonCartV1) only to remember items you added on this device. You can clear it with the Clear cart button or by clearing your browser site data.
Contact form
The contact form on this demo is not connected to email delivery. Text you type is checked in your browser for basic errors and is not transmitted by this static site. A production site must name its form provider, email host and retention practices here.
What a real store would need to add
Before launch, the owner must describe any payment processor, shipping carrier, analytics, cookies, email marketing tool and customer database they actually use, plus how customers can request access to or deletion of their information. This demo adds no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers.
Children
This gift shop is intended for adults making purchases. It is not directed at collecting information from children.
